Search a Supply Llama location Battle Royale's Season 5 just kicked off With it comes another week of challenges, though this Season the first 3 challenges are for everyone, while the final 4 are for Battle Pass owners exclusively, a change from previous seasons. risky reels treasure hunt Lightning Bolts
One of the new challenges this week is to search 7 Floating Lightning Bolts across the map--- Lightning Bolts which has seen some big changes in Season 5 including a new desert biome and two new Named Locations: Lazy Links, a golf course replacing Anarchy Acres; and Paradise Palms, a new urban location where Moisty Mires used to be, smack-dab in the middle of the desert.
See all of Week 1's challenges here.
In any case, these Floating Lightning Bolts are scattered across---and above---the map. Rather than just running up and searching these items, you'll need to build in order to reach each one. They sit way up above the ground. I've scouted out seven locations, and I'll update these posts as more come in.
First off, here's a handy map:

In Paradise Palms on the western edge right next to the lone skyscraper.
West of Tomato Town north of the plateau above the river.
In the western residential section of Retail Row, right in the middle.
Right in the dead-center of Tilted Towers.
Hovering up above the middle of Greasy Grove.
Above the water just off the north dock in Loot Lake.
Right above the center of Dusty Divot, which is now overgrown with trees.
Where the rift swallowed the motel sign to the west of what was formerly Anarchy Acres.
Right by the tower in Lonely Lodge.
Near the factory with the dance floor in Flush Factory.
By the Evil Lair to the northeast of Snobby Shores.
Just to the northwest of Wailing Woods in the hilly area.
To the north of Junk Junction above the Llama.
Above the Temple to the northeast of Lucky Landing.
At the three-way intersection past the bridge a ways to the west of the hero base.
Between the two big hills to the east of Haunted Hills.
Along the northwestern edge of Salty Springs.
In the northern woods of Wailing Woods.
Between Lazy Links and Risky Reels at the place where the river meets the sea.
This time around however, things are going to work a little differently. Challenges are split into two sections for Season 5: Free and Battle Pass. The former is made up of three challenges, while those who purchase the Battle Pass will have access to seven in total--including one that asks you to follow the treasure map found in Risky Reels. Here's where to find that, and complete everything else.
The treasure map hunt is easily the trickiest of the bunch. Luckily for you, we've done it and can help guide you through it. As with last season's instances of this challenge, you can explore Risky Reels to locate the treasure map, or you can simply head to where the treasure is--if you know where to go. In order to find the treasure, head to the tunnel south of Tomato Town, then climb on top of the northern entrance to find the Battle Pass icon.
For the most part, Week 1 of challenges for the new season shouldn't be too tricky. In the free section it's all about dealing damage and taking out opponents using weapons including the SMG, the Stink Bomb, and grenade. On top of that, you'll have to search a Supply Llama--all fairly straightforward stuff, provided you've got the skills to pay the bills.

Outside of the treasure map, the Battle Pass section gets a little trickier, as you'll have to do some exploration. In order to complete those challenges you'll need to head to Snobby Shores and seek out seven chests, which you should be able to spot pretty easily provided you spend enough time there. On top of that you're going to have to search seven floating Lightning Bolts and take down three opponents in Retail Row. The Lightning Bolts can be collected like a Battle Star, but you'll need to build your way up to them to get your hands on them. Lightning Bolts
